We have tried to keep delivery costs as simple as possible, so if your order is over £50 it’s free!

For orders under £50 there is a flat delivery charge of £3.95.

We started this business because we wanted to create something wonder full for kids.

As parents, we share that feeling of constantly trying to catch up.

We feel that panic if things don’t turn up when they are meant to.

The last thing we want is to contribute to that stress

by being late for a party and disappointing children.

We have choosen DPD and Royal Mail as they have some of the best delivery results,

but even they fail to deliver on schedule sometimes.

Very occasionally, unavoidable factors can delay a delivery (like bad weather, postal strikes or pandemics!) If this happens, we or our delivery partner will contact you to agree a new delivery date. We will be in touch again once your order is on its way.

We hope you’ll be really happy with your order, but if you’re not, we want to make it better.

Just email us on hello@bagswonderfull.com with your order reference number within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a refund or exchange.

If an item is faulty, please email us with your order reference number and photos of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or refund as

All products must be packed securely to avoid damage and we recommend using a tracked service as we can not refund anything we don’t receive.

Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the return.
