By placing an order on www.bagswonderfull.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Our Contract With You

All products displayed on our website are an invitation to treat.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods. A legally binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of:

• Pricing errors

• Product unavailability

• Suspected fraud

• Payment authorisation failure

If payment has already been taken, it will be refunded in full.

2. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, colours and dimensions are accurate. However:

• Colours may vary depending on screen settings.

• Natural materials (e.g. leather, wood) may vary slightly.

• Some images may be illustrative or styled for presentation.

All goods are subject to availability.

3. Pricing & VAT

• All prices are displayed in GBP (£).

• Prices include VAT at the applicable UK rate.

• Delivery charges are charged separately and clearly shown at checkout.

• We reserve the right to correct any obvious pricing errors.

4. Payment

We accept payment via:

• Stripe

• WooPayments

Payment is taken at the time of order.

We may carry out fraud prevention and identity verification checks. By placing an order, you consent to these checks.

5. Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Standard delivery timeframe: 2–3 working days from dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk in the goods passes to you once delivered to the address provided.

If we fail to deliver within 30 days (unless otherwise agreed), you may cancel the contract and receive a full refund.

6. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Goods must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Refunds will include the original standard delivery cost (but not any upgraded delivery service).

You are responsible for return postage costs unless the goods are faulty.

7. Our 30-Day Returns Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day returns policy from the date of delivery for non-faulty goods.

Returned items must:

• Be unused

• Be in original condition

• Be in original packaging

Return postage costs remain your responsibility unless goods are faulty.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

8. Made-to-Order & Personalised Goods

Goods made to your specification or clearly personalised are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right under Regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

However, this does not affect your rights if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

9. Faulty Goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:

• Of satisfactory quality

• Fit for purpose

• As described

If goods are faulty, you have:

• A 30-day short-term right to reject for a full refund

• The right to repair or replacement

• A final right to reject or price reduction if repair/replacement is unsuccessful

10. Refunds

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

We may withhold refunds until goods are received back or you provide proof of return.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence

• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

• Any liability that cannot legally be limited

Subject to the above, our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the goods.

These Terms do not affect your statutory rights.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, designs and logos, is owned by or licensed to Bags Wonder Full Ltd.

You may not reproduce, distribute or exploit website content without written permission.

13. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
